Let me sum up today.
Stuck at home.
Thought I was supposed to go out though, but last minute reasons and hidden agenda just made up all the false hope I had of going out lah. I don't know but at times like this. Last minute ain't the best thing. Wait, last minute wasn't really great at the beginning. Last minute work sucks so much I resent it. Last minute rushes to work are the ones I hate the most. Sia lah. It's like a freaking bad word.

And being stuck at home makes you think a lot. And really think about things. Like today, if I went for alumni band pracs, I would have seen the Hai Sing Anniversary dinner. And this isn't the first time. I remember the other time when I was supposed to send Efren and Harold off. Damn, woke up late. Urgh.

the time of clashes.
Alright. This week as been epicly busy. Why? Okay let me list out the reasons.
I've got DotA training every time I have free time cause of a competition we chose to sign up for. Just for fun but it's all serious as well. Don't know how we can have fun and be serious but yeah that's what we are thinking of. Not like sibei pro at DotA but I just wanna play for fun and try how it feels to be in a competition. LOL. We've been losing in most of our trainings though and it kinda sucks and shows the level we're playing at against the pros man. LOL.
There's also the crazy time for all the freaking games to release. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 just released last week and I haven't got a chance to buy and play. Tuesday as in 17th November, was the L4D 2 release. You should know the craze of me over L4D so this was a must for me. There's Assassin's Creed 2 coming out this week. I have my Rock Band Beatles set to collect. Seriously, what the hell man. How to resist all these.
I'm spending a whole load of money this month and the feeling sucks. Firstly, 900 on my Rock Band and PS3 slim. Damn. It's a must, so I'm cool. :) Then there's $168 for upcoming MUSE concert which I'm definitely going. They are awesome live. :D
Best still, submissions for every damn subject is coming up. So is the damned mid sem tests. How sia like that. I've been skipping like a lot of tutorials. And I mean ALOT! I have to make a point to make it every tutorial already. LOL.
My sleep time is also screwed up already. See I'm still awake lah. What the hell. I think I need to change back my body clock already lol. I can fall asleep while talking to people how screwed up is that! LOL.

Disappointment.
Something that's back to haunt me.
Something that's getting to me.

my long awaited holy grail of taiwan trip
HAHAHA. Okay anyway. To be honest, I'll just copy paste the itinerary but explain about the various changes during the whole course of the trip.

Alright, Day 1
Changi Airport at freaking 6am.
Reach Taiwan Airport at some god forsaken hour. Super excited already. Wanted to pee in my pants but of course cannot say out lah! Who so stupid say these things. Okay joke lah! HAHAHAHA!
Check in some service apartment in beitou. Damn good sia the place. I thought it looked abit rundown from the outside. But you go in, A WHOLE NEW WORLD!
Xi Men Ding. Sibei a lot of chiobus and more chiobus. Sian, should have taken picture with the girl at Etude House. She was damn cute lah. Damn I'm still regretting. :( Jon got a "tourist" show with 2 girls. Freaking lucky bastard. Shit lah. I want a cute taiwanese girlfriend!
Okay, Day 2
Tak Ming University. Cool shit place. Got to make friends. Like REALLY make friends. HAHAHA. Good good but I never got to add my guides' facebook or msn, where the hell is it Jon?
Taiwan Tourism Bureau. Sorry I have to admit, I fell asleep. But it was one of those important shit presentations I should have been listening. DAMN!
Jiu Fen. Umma, I don't remember any shit from this place. I think is that hill top place. Oh and it started to god damn rain.
Shilin Night market. Okay so it stopped raining and we could continue but ya, it started to pour again. Only armed with mini umbrellas which some of us got conned out, some set out to get back. But the determined 3 men, who fought the chaos of the rain and fought a thousand battles wanted to get their oyster mee sua. And damn, we got it. So damn happy. We eat until cannot stop. Aunty was damn happy as well cause we fought in the rain for it. Best experience for me gabriel and huijie. LOL.
Now, Day 3 (The night got controversy basket.)
Okay I think got some changes here. We went to the fisherman's wharf. One word, sibei strong wind. Cannot tank. LOL. Eh sia lah. More than one word. Maths fail. LOL.
Hmmm, I think we went to the Taiwan IT ministry? And then to D-Link straight? LOL. Then got long talks. Damn interesting. Ones that I didn't sleep. Supposed to go ASUS one. But then never, wanted to get some graphic cards HAHAHA!
Went to Wu fen pu. Controversy now. They gave us. 1 hour to shop. WHERE GOT SUCH THING?! SO LITTLE TIME. But me and the guys damn zai. Finish the whole place. Was a little late but who cares. Got some good shirts that I wear them now! :D I still want more Uniqlo shirts though.
After that we went to the Raohe Night market where me and Jon found GOLD. HEHE! :D
Okay then the dispute was that they wanted to rid the next day's night market for another wufenpu but we of course finish so we don't want lah! But majority won. So, sian loh.
Day 4! WOOT!
Beitou hot springs! Met mr japanese Coke man. Damn good hearted man I made friends with HAHAHA.
Then we went to wufenpu liao. Sian. HAHAHA. We went to raohe instead. Bought our GOLD. :D
Enjoyed the day hehe. :D
Day 5! BOOMZ!
Shin Yeh restaurant. Power sia this place. Like all the things all sibei youth. All chinese lah so don't understand alot but it sounded really cool to the rest. :D Got turned down for a picture with a god damn chio girl. And I mean really freaking chio. Like I found a gem lah. Piang eh. So much for the shop and her mum say cannot. WTF! Oh and not I kena turned down, kai tio turned down LOL.
Then we went to Taipei 101. Awesome shit place. First time I've been so high in my life. Experience of a lifetime. Love it. :) Sent a postcard from there too!
After that we went to this awesome book store, where I got my yaoyao. :D
Last day. BOOHOO!
Free and easy at some place I forgot LOL. Then bought infamous binlang. LOL Betel nuts. Never dare to try. Should have tried sia. LOL. But really, the girls selling dress damn skimpy.
Back to hotel, then to airport. Had the best taiwan leaving meal and had the best ride back with either john zee or tommy tan. forget already. HAHAHA.
That's it! :)
Felt quite sad to leave it all behind. :( Oh well, it'll be a memory of mine. Something I'll keep for the rest of my life. The times I had there were ones that I'll never forget till I reach my dying bed. I mean, what's so bad that I had to forget? The food was awesome. The atmosphere was crazily fa kin su pah. The people are just damn power, chio and kind. Yeah. Great time. :)
Yeah, so happy now? AHAHAHA. Gotta blog tomorrow to summarise my weeks before this post HAHAHA! :D

a rather long disappearance.
I know, I know. I've been away pretty long from the blog. So have I on twitter. Having an iPhone doesn't really help me in getting these stuff updated since I can't use my 3G till I get my broadband on mobile. LOL.
Okay about the taiwan trip. I SOLEMNLY SWEAR I'LL BLOG ABOUT IT BRIEFLY IN THE NEXT POST HAHAHA!
Anyway, the last 2 weeks has just been the battle between me and school. And the count of me actually taking 15 to school is currently at 1. Meaning I take a cab practically everyday of school, which really sucks onto the pocket. Why I take the cab? Firstly, 15 is a purely packed bus in the wee hours of the day. Which means, uncomfortable ride and the possibility of falling down. 15 takes really long to arrive for boarding and takes awhile to get to school.
Taxis on the other hand are, spacious, quick, plentiful of cabs out there. And I stay in Pasir Ris, the fare won't be super high. So why not? Now I feel happy taking cabs. :D
Classes have been great. I love my lineup of teachers. They are by far the best. I'm looking forward to better things this semester. Hopefully an increase in GPA. :)
How bout my class, 2M04? It's just GREAT! :) The bond is getting tighter everyday, L4D is becoming a class activity and I'm getting close to people I don't talk to much. It's a good start for the new semester.
Just came back from Benjamin's birthday party. Great party! Didn't really "party" much but it was great to see everyone back together. Happy birthday dude! Sorry, I could only give you booze man! LOL! Enjoy the 6 pack tiger man! :) Gonna go raid Samuel's house next week. HEHE! :D
So that's about it the past few weeks hahaha. :)
I remember now, why I liked you in the first place.
And yeah, the world doesn't just revolve around you. Think about that. A really great colleague of mine told me during work. It really changed me. Making me want to be less self centred and care more about my friends and colleagues. I mean, yeah, you should pamper yourself, but you can't always be right.
